SKY - Curated Asian Dining

"Went to Sky at Residency Towers for dinner and it was such a lovely experience! Being on the 20th floor, the place offers a stunning view of the city. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and since it was a breezy evening, we chose to sit outside – the view made it all the more special.
The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. They know the menu inside out and happily recommend dishes, which is really helpful because the Asian menu is quite elaborate and can feel overwhelming at first. But it’s clearly well curated, and if you enjoy Asian food (or just ask the staff), you’ll be in for a treat.
We tried the Salmon Maki, Banana Blossom Salad served in Lotus Petal with Grilled Tofu, Paneer Bao, Chicken Soba Noodles, and Kanthari Prawn Dumplings – and honestly, everything was perfect… more than perfect ❤️ Wish we could have tried more!
For drinks, we had the Lavender Sky and a Thai botanical gin-based cocktail – both beautifully crafted. Dessert-wise, the Burnt Coconut Ice Cream is an absolute must-try, while the Tres Leches was decent but not as impressive as the rest.

All in all, a wholesome dining experience with amazing food, ambience, drinks, and service. Thank you, Sky, for a truly memorable evening"
