"Defence Bakery never disappoints — it’s one of the best spots in Delhi for fresh, delicious baked goods. They have an incredible variety of bakery items including croissants, puffs, rolls, quiches, sandwiches, cookies, brownies, muffins, and freshly baked breads like multigrain, sourdough, and baguettes. Everything tastes homemade and full of flavor.

Their cakes are truly exceptional, with a wide range of flavours to choose from — chocolate truffle, red velvet, blueberry cheesecake, black forest, tiramisu, fruit cake, and coffee mocha are just a few of my favourites. Each cake is beautifully made, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness.
