The Area Manager, Mr. Narendra Singh, demonstrated exceptional professionalism by personally reaching out to address my complaint. His prompt attention to the matter and the gesture of arranging delivery of the book in question as an expression of goodwill were both thoughtful and much appreciated.
This experience has reinforced my confidence in Crossword's commitment to customer satisfaction!!!!

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your Select City Walk store, specifically regarding the conduct of staff members Aman Singh and Tejpal Negi.
I spent approximately 20 minutes browsing the 50% off section, carefully selecting a book that was clearly marked with a 50% discount sticker. However, upon reaching the billing counter, I was informed that the book was not actually part of the discount offer and that the sticker had been "mistakenly left" on it.
While I understand that errors can occur, what I found particularly concerning was the casual manner in which this was handled. No apology was offered for the inconvenience, and I was simply directed to look for another book — with no acknowledgment of the time I had already invested based on incorrect in-store information.
The responsibility of ensuring accurate product labeling and a well-managed store floor lies with the staff. Misplaced discount stickers not only mislead customers but also reflect poorly on the store's overall standards. I would expect a more proactive and empathetic response from trained store personnel in such situations.
I sincerely hope the management addresses this at the store level and ensures better staff training around customer handling and floor management"
