"I visited Anandam Psychiatry Centre in December 2023 during one of the most difficult phases of my life. I was feeling extremely hopeless as my daughter was going through a very challenging time. That's when we were fortunate to meet Dr. Shrikant Sharma.

After a thorough assessment, my daughter was diagnosed with Adjustment Disorder/Borderline Personality Disorder. Dr. Sharma promptly started her on medication along with therapy sessions. Initially, the sessions were held weekly, after 2-3 months, they were reduced to twice a month, and eventually to once a month - a clear sign of steady progress.

Each 20 minute session with Dr. Shrikant Sharma was incredibly effective. He has such a deep understanding of his patients that whenever I visited him to discuss my daughter's condition, he would address my concerns ven before I voiced them. His intuitive and compassionate approach gave me immense confidence in the treatment.

Alongside, psychooogist Kavya Ahuja began conducting one-hour therapy sessions with my daughter. Her approach was both empathetic and scientific. She handled the sessions with great care and professionalism. She also kept me regularly updated about my daughter's progress, which meant a lot to me as a parent.

There were times when I felt my daughter wasn't improving. However, every time I shared my concerns with Dr. Shrikanr and Kavya, they patiently resaasured me by explaining, "Even if she takes 20 step backward, she is also taking 40 steps forward, " and encouraged me to focus on the positive changes. Their unwavering optimism and guidance kept me going during the toughest moments.

Today, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Dr. Shrikant Sharma and Kavya Ahuja, I am proud and grateful to see my daughter living a positive, happy and fulfilling life with a completely transformed look. I cannot thak them enough for giving my daughter and our family a new beginning.
