I am bad at writing reviews but this one was important. We purchased a sofa, Beds, Dining tables etc. from IDUS Delhi in the month of July 2025, we got it delivered in Guwahati in perfect condition, there person came and installed and all was well.

Few months passed and we saw that the stitches of the one of the sofa pc opened and had some balancing issue, we notified the same to IDUS, Delhi team, and they arranged a person to visit our home in Guwahati to fix the issue.

The issue kept on repeating and every time promptly they sent their team 2000kms away to Guwahati to fix the issue. The third time the issue again came I called and mailed them to replace the Sofa, assuming they will decline to do so, and with a plan to involve my legal team if necessary. To my surprise they agreed to do so in a single go.

In my 22yrs of professional experience I have never ever seen such a prompt reply and willingness to resolve the issue as per customer satisfaction, irrespective the location being 2000kms away from there store.

They lived up to there commitment and replaced the entire Sofa set not just one pc (to maintain the colour shade) and delivered the replacement at there cost all the way to Guwahati.

Never seen such professionalism with such commitment towards customer satisfaction before.

They just proved one point that IDUS being a premium brand, they give you premium service also along with premium quality."
