Fairmont Mumbai

"Decided to Stay at the Fairmont Mumbai this year rather than Our usual spot (JW Mariott Mumbai Sahar) stayed a total of 3 nights, the hotel is luxurious, we booked a Airport view room which is amazing with direct view of the planes and airport itself as well as planes landing/taking off.

A BIG mention to Noor Baig (Assistant housekeeping Manager) who went out of his way to ensure mine and my family's stay was truly memorable, even on his day off he assisted with any issues i had or any laundry i needed done within a quick time frame, he is a credit to the hotel and to Accor and they are lucky to have someone of his calibre! He truly is customer focused, i truly hope senior management at the hotel see him in the same manner and hope he gets a well deserved promotion soon.

Another few noteworthy mentions: Dhanjit (floor executive), Shaikh Amaan (housekeeping associate) and Pruthvi (Laundry) were all excellent and a pleasure to deal with, all great employees.

From the Merchants restaurant a mention for Chef Yash and Chef Babar who would always ask us how the food was and whether there was anything they can do to make our meal better.
