He was always ahead of schedule, patiently waiting for us at every stop, and was consistently friendly, helpful, humble, and respectful. No matter how long we spent sightseeing, he was always there with a warm smile when we returned to the vehicle. His professionalism and positive attitude made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the trip.

The company also arranged local guides in different cities, and each one was knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. We especially appreciated their understanding and flexibility whenever we needed extra time to capture photos without feeling rushed.

The entire tour was very well organized. The itinerary flowed naturally, with visits to historical sites often followed by opportunities to learn about related local crafts and industries. We especially enjoyed the workshops that demonstrated how artisans create the intricate stone inlay work seen on the walls of the Taj Mahal, as well as visits to gem, silk, and handicraft workshops. Seeing these traditional techniques up close helped us better appreciate the craftsmanship behind the monuments and products we encountered throughout the trip. These experiences felt educational and added valuable cultural context to our sightseeing.

One small note for future travelers: during our visit to the Taj Mahal, we decided to purchase a professional photography service after it was suggested as an option by the local guide. This was entirely our own decision and was not arranged or sold by Travel India Tours. Unfortunately, the experience and final photos did not meet our expectations, and we felt it was not good value for the price paid. We mention this only as a tip for other visitors to carefully consider whether such services are right for them.

Overall, Travel India Tours provided a smooth, enjoyable, and thoughtfully planned travel experience with excellent hotels stay. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting India, and if you have the chance to travel with Jitender, consider yourself lucky!"
