This is a shoutout to my gym guru, personal trainer (PT) Sagar Geed for his guidance during my PT was excellent. I was a bit skeptical when the team assigned him to me but he made sure i was comfortable and pushed me to do more every session which actually got me into the groove. He is soft-spoken, highly driven and committed. His willingness to accommodate my sessions after his working hours does truly stand out.
