"I genuinely enjoy my sessions at UFC Gym—it feels like a breath of fresh air every single day. From day one, the moment I enter the gym, the space feels neat, clean, bright, and energising. The natural light and the red carpet instantly give me that fire and motivation to work out. The machines are excellent and well maintained.

What truly stands out is the staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming—from a friendly hello when you enter to a simple “goodbye, have a nice day” when you leave. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a big difference. I’ve been training here for the last two and a half years, and the courtesy and consistency have never changed.

I absolutely love training with Ranjith. He’s a senior trainer, extremely focused, knowledgeable, and always attentive. His eye never leaves you during a workout. He corrects form, explains which muscles are working, and offers emotional encouragement whenever needed. I’m grateful I started my journey with him and look forward to continuing it. Special mention for Ajay Marwah, owner of the gym, for diligently overlooking the gym functioning and helping clients with their concerns.

The shower rooms are another highlight—I never skip my post-gym shower. The newly introduced cold showers are a fantastic addition. Overall, I love this gym and happily continue my fitness journey here. Thank you UFC."
