"I am attending classes for the last 5 months. Hemanth sir, the instructor is very knowledgeable. He takes lot of interest and pays attention to each and every trainee. He is very passionate about Yoga practices and leads by example. I was a bit skeptical at the time of joining but having seen the progress , the dedication of Hemanth Sir, I am really impressed with the centre and wish to make Yoga , a part of my life. Covid affected me badly . I suffered from anxiety and depression and also put on medications. After joining the centre and within a short time, I started feeling better and also shed my medicines . My occasional digestive problems and cold and cough issues also gone. I thank Hemanth Sir from the bottom of my heart for changing my life. I recommend every one to join Yoga for better and meaningful life."
