"With every session at Yogasadhana, I experience a sense of serenity, mindfulness and so much *JOY *..Kavita, my yoga guru inspires me everytime to come out of hard situations that are the toughest mentally! She has an immense serene n positive aura about her that very very few teachers have.. n I had been on a long voyage of searching one such teacher. I never wished to start this journey in some polished yoga studio full of props but a humble teacher who would understand what my body needs... for which I am super thankful to Kavita & I LOVE her!
