Four Seasons Hotel

"Absolutely incredible stay at Four Seasons Mumbai. The room was clean, service was phenomenal. The staff had entered into my room on three separate occasions to retrieve an item for me, everything remained untouched. When there was no table at AER, Shubham went above and beyond at finding a reasonable solution for us. I didn’t want to leave without trying the Black Forest ice cream roll or the brûlée gulab jamun, but the restaurant was closed. The team was able to make this happen for us. I stayed at this hotel while in Mumbai to attend my cousin’s wedding and I was on an extremely tight schedule. This hotel found a way to make us feel relaxed despite how rushed we were. The final touch that truly sealed the deal was when they were able to arrange for a tailor to fix a blouse for me at the very last minute even post late checkout. This is not a hotel, it’s a home. Huge shout out to chef prasad’s quinoa upma (best upma I’ve ever had)."
