"Our 8 days stay at Goldfinch Hotel, Mumbai was a very pleasurable experience. It is a very well located hotel in Andheri East MIDC, 20 mins drive away from with airport with a good metro & public transport connectivity.The rooms are well appointed, wel maintained,the bathrooms spacious & clean.Mr.Vitthal ably manages the House keeping department who keeps the rooms in perfect order..Everyone is very courteous and polite and very prompt in responding to our requests, which has made our stay very comfortable.A special thanks to Mr.Ram, the manager who was very helpful & easy to communicate with and Mr.Sadiq who ably manages the front desk with his efficient & courteous behaviour.It was pleasure to interact with them. Banjara, the restaurant serves good quality tasty food with huge buffet spread, lots of healthy food options.The restaurant team truly believes in Service with a Smile. They were very attentive polite & friendly.Special mention to Mr.Sany, Sahil,Jayendra,Sovan,Rutika,Sakshi, Khushi,Arundhati, Sejal and the rest. Thank you everyone. We highly recommend this hotel which gives you a service & comfort far beyond, it is money worth spent."
