"The service at The Westin has consistently exceeded my expectations, setting a new benchmark for Marriott properties. From pre-arrival coordination and airport transfer to the duration of my stay, the 24/7 concierge team has demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, proactively ensuring all my needs are met. The in-suite amenities are thoughtfully curated and enhance the overall experience. My room is further enhanced by the exquisite floral arrangement. Every morning new flowers bloom, and the suite also offers breathtaking sunset views over Mumbai.

The Marriott Bonvoy club lounge is impeccably maintained, and the staff exhibit a commendable level of attentiveness and pride in their service. Both grab-and-go and full-service dining options are readily available.

While I have not yet utilized the spa or fitness facilities, the pool area appears magnificent, and the gymnasium is notably spacious for a hotel establishment, offering a comprehensive selection of cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines.

The culinary offerings are exceptional. I particularly appreciate the authentic Indian cuisine and the clear labeling of dishes containing garlic and onion on the buffet. My colleague, who has dietary restrictions regarding spicy food, has consistently found a wide array of suitable alternatives. I genuinely wish I had the capacity to indulge in more of the delicious selections.

Overall, this hotel presents itself as a beautiful sanctuary within Mumbai, strategically situated directly opposite Morgan Stanley and in close proximity to Oracle, JP Morgan, and other prominent corporate entities. As a first-time traveler and a woman, I deeply value the comprehensive security and safety measures implemented throughout the property."
