I would like to extend my sincere thanks to your Chef Kamlesh Choubey and Chef Milan at the Great Wall for the exceptional service during our recent stay and the exceptional dining experience - all overseen by Executive Chef Chakraborty.

My family and I have been lucky enough to visit many countries and have stayed in numerous luxury hotels but our recent experience at The Leela, Mumbai (Airport) merits special mention.

From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. I was especially grateful for the care and thought given to our special dietary requirements - Vegetarian, Gluten-Free meals. The chef took the time to ensure our meals were not only suitable but also delicious, and all the waiters made us feel completely at ease by checking in and making sure everything was perfect.
This level of attention and hospitality made a real difference to our experience and reflects very highly on your team. Please pass along our appreciation to all members of your team—they truly went above and beyond. The waiting staff at both venues were also truly wonderful.
