Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Nature of the Service

QRClicks provides intangible, digital services including Smart Business Profiles, Premium Layouts, and dynamic QR Code generation. Because our services are instantly accessible and digital in nature, they cannot be "returned" once activated.

2) The 14-Day Free Trial

To ensure our customers are 100% satisfied before making a payment, we offer a 14-Day Free Trial on our Premium Layouts and Profile features. We highly encourage you to fully test the platform, design your profile, and evaluate our features during this trial period.

3) No Refund Policy

Because we provide a comprehensive free trial period for evaluation, all payments made for Profile Verification or Premium Layouts (whether Yearly or Lifetime plans) are final and strictly non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for accounts that have been suspended due to terms violations.
• Once a payment is successful and the premium status is activated on your profile, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.

4) Cancellations

• Yearly Subscriptions: If you are on a yearly plan, you may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium layout or verified status will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will revert to the locked/free status.
• Lifetime Plans: Lifetime plans are one-time payments and do not require cancellation.
• You can manage your layouts or permanently delete your account directly from your Dashboard.

5) Exceptions (Payment Failures/Double Charges)

The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the case of a technical payment gateway error (e.g., your account was debited twice for a single transaction). In such rare cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with your UTR/Transaction ID, and the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
