Refund Policy

1) Digital Services

QRClicks provides digital services (profile upgrades, template activation, verification, listing enhancements). Once a digital service is delivered/activated, it is generally non-refundable.

2) When Refunds May Apply

• Payment was deducted but the service was not activated due to a technical error.
• Duplicate payment for the same service/order.
• Service cannot be delivered for verified reasons from our side.

3) Refund Request Timeline

You must raise a refund request within 7 days of payment with transaction details. Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider/bank.

4) How to Request

Email us at admin@qrclicks.com with:

• Transaction ID / Payment reference
• Registered mobile number or profile link
• Reason for request
