1) Introduction

Welcome to QRClicks. This platform is owned and managed by EMATE WEB SOLUTIONS (GSTIN: 22ANQPV6297B2ZJ). These Terms govern your use of our Digital Profile, Smart Layouts, and QR Code generation services.

2) Service Usage & Trial

  • Freemium Model: We offer a 14-day trial for premium features. Post-trial, an upgrade is required to maintain premium access.
  • Content Rights: You represent that you own or have full legal rights to publish all text, logos, and images uploaded to your profile.

3) Code of Conduct

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, abusive, adult, or misleading content.
  • Violate third-party copyrights or trademarks.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.

EMATE WEB SOLUTIONS reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these terms without notice or refund.

4) Transaction Disclaimer

QRClicks is strictly a technology service provider. We provide the infrastructure (layouts/tools) for you to display information.

  • No Product Liability: We do not sell, endorse, or guarantee the quality of products/services listed by business users.
  • Direct Dealing: Transactions and communications are strictly between the buyer and the business profile owner.
  • Zero Liability: EMATE WEB SOLUTIONS assumes no liability for disputes, delivery failures, or fraudulent activity by third-party users.

5) Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • All plans are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Invoices are automatically generated and available in your dashboard upon payment.

6) Liability & Jurisdiction

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Disputes, if any, shall be governed by Indian laws, and the parties agree to resolve any issues amicably through arbitration.
