1) Service Overview

QRClicks provides tools to create QR codes, publish business profiles, and offer smart pages/templates. Some features may be free and some may be paid.

2) User Responsibilities

You must submit accurate business details and have the right to publish the content you upload.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or copyrighted content without permission.
You are responsible for the links, phone numbers, and content shown on your profile.

3) Content & Moderation

We may review, update, or remove content that violates policies, is reported, or creates risk to users. We may also suspend profiles in case of abuse or fraud.

4) Payments (If Applicable)

Paid services (e.g., profile upgrades, template activation, verification) are processed as per the pricing shown at purchase time. If a payment is made, the service will be delivered based on the selected plan/features.

5) Availability & Changes

We may update features, URLs, templates, or pricing to improve the platform. We aim for high uptime, but temporary downtime can occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

6) Limitation of Liability

QRClicks is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, business losses, or issues arising from third-party links, user-generated content, or external services (e.g., maps, social platforms).
